Silencer Fabrication
Fabrication of silencers for use in the power generation, oil and gas exploration fields, in a variety of materials, such as duplex, low alloy and stainless steel.

The two silencers shown are for use in cryogenic service.

Welding carried out to the requirements of A.S.M.E. IX, with Non-Destructive Examination of all welds to code requirements.

9% chrome 1% molybdenum steel

Weld Repair Work
Abbfab Services are now able to offer weld repair services of castings in various materials. The repairs can take the form of the building up of eroded and worn valves seats, build up of damaged flanges etc.

All repairs are then subjected to dye-penetrant, or magnetic particle examination and radiography of repairs should the client require this.

A full Quality Assurance documentation package is provided to the client upon completion of the repair work.
